Phase 2 Covid Training

15 People can now train together, on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.30-7.15 Juvenile training only over 13 with a parent and 7.30-8.30pm Adult Training.

Please note grounds will be open but no structured training, Juveniles are encourage to run easy for 45mins to keep up base level of fitness.

All athletes both Juvenile and Adults must use hand sanitiser on entry,  while running maintain 2meter distance at all times and exit behind container.

Also if any member does not feel well please do not attend training.
