Numbers were down for the ladies Senior race with only 13 competing. Ruth Mellerick was our only lady competing today and put in a great performance to finish in a time of 25.47 for 6km. Our men’s team are running very strong all season, well done to Tom Barry first Youghal man home followed by Ed Nicholson, Ed O Regan, Brian Landers and Ian Murphy.
