10 Youghal AC athletes ran the Midleton AC 5 mile road race yesterday evening 04th May in wet conditions. Well done to all 🏃♂️🏃♀️

Thank you to everyone who played a part in making our annual 5km race a success last night, on a great evening for racing..
Congratulations to our overall and category prize winners and we hope everyone who ran and supported had a great evening in Youghal. We had 55 clubs/ towns represented in the circa 300 registered and 272 finishers.

Four county medals for the 3 athletes that competed on Day 4 of the County T&F championships yesterday in Kerry.
Well done to Clara Dineen who got two silver, one in the sprint and one in the middle distance, bronze for Sam and Gabrielle in the middle distance. A great out was had
Well done to Clara’s dad Philip who ran a fab 2:49 in the Edinburgh marathon yesterday - a successful day for the family
The dust has settled in the @500kinmay challenge and the Cork City marathon, half marathon and 10km are on the horizon over the bank holiday weekend. Thanks and a huge well done to all of our members who clocked up hundreds of miles supporting Christy and @herlz09 complete their challenge. Massive congratulations to them both.
