Well done to our Youghal AC athletes who ran in the Radisson BHAA 5km in Little Island. Micheal Cronin had a super run coming in 3rd in a time of 16:34. He was joined by Susan Dineen 21:45, George Bulman 22:53, Katie Cronin 25:35 and Seamus Stone 28:58.

Our juveniles also travelled to the County cross countries yesterday where they put on some fantastic performances and did themselves and the club very proud. Well done everyone 👍

Youghal AC athletes were out in force over the weekend throughout Cork, and even as far as Longford, across many disciplines and distances…

Well done to our 4 athletes who took part in the Longwood ¾ Marathon yesterday 06th October. Husband & Wife and Mother & Daughter weekends away yielded great results 😊

Well done to all our young athletes who ran at the Cork Athletics Juvenile Uneven-Age & Novice Cross-Country Championships 2023 in Bandon. 19 toed the line and performed with aplomb. A special mention to Alex Cashman who won the U19 Girls race, sister Avril who came 2nd in the Novice Women and Aine Collins who was 5th in the U15 girls.

Well done to our athletes that took part in the Breast Cancer Ireland Very Pink Run and to all those out and about at Park Run and completing the last long runs before the up-and-coming Dublin Marathon. Another special shout out to young Ruby Devereaux who won Poabscoil Na Trinoide ParkRun on Saturday 07th October in a fantastic time of 19:58 🏃‍♂️

Massive congratulations to Avril Millerick on her 3rd place finish in the Junior Women’s race at the Autumn Open International Cross Country Festival in Abbotstown yesterday..

Avril was first Irish woman home in a great time of 16:00 mins over the 4,500m course. Great preparation for the winter race’s coming up. Keep up the good work 🏃‍♀️

Huge well done to all of our members who took part in the DCM yesterday and thanks so much to all who braved the weather conditions to support and volunteer on the day (especially our fantastic club mates) 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

The Dublin City Marathon is one of the best days of year and even in the rain yesterday it was magical…

12 members, including 3 first timers and many more local runners took to the streets of Dublin, and some great performances and superb times were achieved
