Juvenile League - Tuesday Night 6th March 2012

Below is the league tables after the final night of the juvenile League. The inaugural league was an outstanding success with 71 athletes taking part over the 8 weeks. There was some brilliant races and everybody gave their all in the best possible sporting fashion. It looks as if we may have another good season ahead as some of these young athletes are quite outstanding. There was wins tonight in the long race for Rory Donnellan, Lucy O’ Keeffe, Evan O’ Keeffe & Padraig Leahy. In the sprint Evan Villis, Lucy O’ Keeffe, Ben Ingamuil & Padraig Leahy were first across the tape.

From Now on there will be regular Track & Field Training every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm in Tower Park.

On Thursday next March 8^th at 8.15pm there will be an ‘introduction to track & Field’ night in Tower Park for adults of all ages and juniors from 16yrs upwards. This will be a once off event therefore please try and attend if possible.
