Four athletes travelled the short distance to rainy Dungarvan for the Deise College Dungarvan 10km last night. Special mention to Kelly representing Youghal AC for the first time. First of many Kelly.

Five Youghal AC athletes made the journey to Tracton to take part in the hilly Tracton four mile on Friday evening. Super running all. Times as follows:

Donal Sheahan took on the hilly Glenbeigh Glencar half marathon on Saturday as a warm up for the Cork City Triathlon, finishing in a time of 1:54:12. Well done Donal.

Well done to our latest All Ireland champion Poppi Devereaux who won the U19 Girls Pole Vault in Tullamore yesterday 21/07. Yet another gold medal to add to her collection 🥇
A bit closer to home, Brian O’ Connell (26:51) and Mossy O’ Mahony (33:48) represented the club at the Bob Burke 4 mile hosted by Grange Fermoy on Friday evening 19/07. Well done lads 🏃♂️
