10 Youghal AC athletes took part in the St. Catherines 5km road race on Thursday night. They represented the club with aplomb with some super running. The results are as follows.

On Friday evening Keith Kelly and Maurice O Mahony travelled to the Kinsale Regatta 5 mile race where Keith took home second M45 and both men had very impressive races.

Adam King competed in the Turbo Javelin at the St. Catherine’s AC event in Conna Community Field last Saturday. A great day for Adam throwing a PB of 4.30m. Congratulations Adam.
