CORKBEG 4 MILE ROAD RACE
Youghal AC had ten athletes in action at this race on Thursday 4th July. All did very well and quite a few featured in category prizes.
Paul Curley was 3rd o/45 in a time of 24.46. Denis O’ Sullivan was Ist O/50 in a time of 24.48. Ed O’ Regan was also first O/55 in a time of 26.36. Ed is really featuring in category prizes these days!
Celia O’ Regan who was our only athlete was 2nd O/45 in a time of 32.12. Well done Celia! Also Ciaran Coleman was 10th in a time of 23.56. The race was won by John Meade of St.Finbarr’s in a time of 20.34.
Well done to East Cork AC who hosted this event.
