CORK GRADED LEAGUE ROUND THREE - 27th June

Youghal AC had 5 athletes in action at the John Buckley Graded League at the Cit on Friday 27th June.

This is a good meet whereby you pay €5 and can enter as many events as you wish. There are two more nights on the 10th July and 28th July.

Noel Curtin ran in the 3000m in a time of 10.08.27. Also on the track were Mossy Cahill in the 800m 2.28.10 and Tomas Ward 2.58.00.

Mossie threw 23.14m in the Hammer and Tomas Ward who has just started threw 13.69m. Tomas threw 24.10m (800kg) in the Javelin; Mossie threw 22.85m (800kg) and Patricia Curtin threw 37.39m (600kg).

Emily O’ Keefe also participated in the 200m 30.68. All enjoyed the night and had a good crack as well.
