And that’s a wrap on this years T&F for Ruby Devereaux finishing in style by adding another national title to his name. Following on from his 3000m U16 national win and record, he went and won the national U16 1500m yesterday.
Ruby has been so disciplined with his training and it has all paid off. We are looking forward to seeing what is next for him. Watch this space. Congratulations Ruby. Enjoy the celebrations.

In action this weekend were Donna Savage and John Mason and David Piggott who took part in the Beast of Beara half marathon. A tough gruelling half marathon through mountain peaks, they all smashed it. Well done all.
Closer to home the East Corks day 2 were held on home soil at tower park. Well done to each and every one of our juveniles who fought through the rain and came out with medals aplenty and more importantly happy smiling faces.
